Welcome, humans.

Good design is often the hardest part of building a website when you are not a designer. Today we walk through how to borrow a polished design system and turn it into a reusable Claude skill, so your site starts from a strong visual foundation. Then we finish with three tools catching our attention. Let's get into it.

Talk Once. Consider It Done.

The easiest way to automate your workday.

Instead of filling out forms or switching between apps, simply tell Catch what you need. It listens, takes action, and gets the job done for you.

Automate meetings, appointments, follow-ups, and daily administrative tasks with an AI assistant designed to work the way busy executives already do.

Today's Tutorial

How to design high-quality websites with Claude Skills

Claude Skills let you save a design system once and apply it to any build. Here is the workflow.

  • Go to Refero Design, browse the designs, and pick one you like.

  • Download the Design.md file for that design system.

  • Open the Claude desktop app, then go to Settings, Customize, Skills, Add Skill.

  • Upload the Design.md file and toggle the skill ON.

  • Switch to Cowork mode in the Claude app.

  • Type / in the prompt and select the skill from the dropdown to activate that design system.

Then describe what you want to build.

Sample Prompt: Build a personal portfolio website using the /[enter skill name]

One caveat: a design system gives you a strong starting point, not a finished site. Review spacing, content, and mobile layout, and adjust so it fits your own brand rather than the original source.

Three tools catching our attention this week.

Gumloop — build automation workflows and agents visually with AI. Handy for connecting tools without code, though intricate logic still takes some trial and error.

Grain — create shareable video highlights from recorded meetings. Useful for sharing key moments, with the usual caveat of double-checking what gets clipped.

ClickUp — plan tasks, projects, and timelines in one place. Powerful for teams, though the many features can feel like a lot at first.

Catch takes real action, so it only acts when it's certain — checking with you when unsure. Always on, never drops the ball. Safe for what matters most. Trust Catch at catchagent.ai.
